If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will work to resolve it. For standard products, returns are handled in line with our returns policy, which is available on our website. For custom printed products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or does not match the approved proof. We recommend reviewing your artwork proof carefully before approving a custom order to ensure everything is correct.

Are your products Australian made?

Yes, our safety tags, compliance books, safety signs, and labels are all designed and printed in house at our Perth, WA facility. Being locally made means we can maintain tight quality control, offer faster turnaround times than imported alternatives, and support Australian manufacturing. Our workwear and PPE products are sourced from trusted suppliers that meet Australian and New Zealand standards.

Do your products comply with Australian WHS standards?

Can I get products custom printed with our company logo or branding?

Yes, custom printing and branding is available across most of our product range. Safety tags, compliance books, pre start books, safety signs, and labels can all be customised with your logo, adjusted wording, specific data fields, or non standard formats. We can also embroider your company name and logo on hi vis workwear including polos, vests, jackets, socks, and ankle covers, and print directly onto hard hats.
