Returns and Refunds
You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Customised or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.
How to Request a Refund
Please contact our customer service team at sales@brutesafetyproducts.com.au with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, please return the product to the address provided. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly to ensure your safety compliance is not compromised.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
